Eastside Automotive, LLC in Rhinelander, WI is looking to hire a full time Office Manager. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is an hourly paid position, compensation will be based on experience.
The office manager will primarily handle front office operations and have some oversite of shop inventory. This person should be trustworthy, organized, have a positive attitude, a good work ethic and be a good multitasker.
Skills should include:
- Computer/IT skills, can trouble shoot and solve problems to keep the office running.
- Experience with general office software (word processing, spreadsheets, ect).
- Experience with accounting software like Quickbooks.
- Experience managing inventory.
- General automotive knowledge.
- Good communication skills, phone and personal.
- Associates degree in accounting (beneficial, not required).
