Camp Can-I-Cook Registration is Open for Spring Break and Summer Sessions
You've seen the creations we make in our classes and parties in an hour and a half. When we double the time, we double the fun in our mini-camps! Join us for our Spring Break mini-camp, "The Lemonade Stand".
Monday, March 29th– Thursday, April 1st 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Whether your kids are interested in supplementing their allowance or helping a community cause, this camp will explore the ins and outs of fund raising from the kitchen. We’ll prepare great recipes for Lemonade Stands, “FUN-d Raising Pastabilities, Bake Sale Economics and Gifts from the Kitchen to sell. (Ages 6-12)
Summer Camp begins June 14th and will run weekly through August 16th. All sessions run four days (Monday-Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Workshops and Special Events Kids Night Out - Valentine Party Saturday, February 13th 5:30-8:30 PM Valentine greetings have been popular since the Middle Ages but our American style really became popular in the Victorian era of 1890-1917. Have a romantic dinner out while your kids have a “Love”-ly meal together. We’ll make heart shaped pizzas, a fun fruit creation and enjoy chocolate dipped treats! We’ll also get creative with a Victorian inspired Valentine!

Kids Day In - President's Day Monday, February 15th 10:00 AM-1:00 PM Presidents have influenced not only our country but our favorite foods as well! This workshop will celebrate a few famous Presidential favorites! We’ll make JFK’s White House Fettuccine and Ronald Reagan’s Mac & Cheese as well as George Washington’s Cherry Thumbprint Cookies and Abe Lincoln’s Favorite White Cake.

Cooking Connections - Adult/Child Workshop Celebrating the Year of the Tiger! Sunday, February 28th 12:00-1:30 PM Fu dao le means "luck or fortune has arrived"! Chinese New Year to China is like Christmas to the West. In essence, Chinese New Year is spending time with family, gift giving and, the all important, food-fest. In our workshop we will prepare BBQ Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps and share some “fu dao le” in our homemade Fortune Cookies.
