Fast growing transportation company with a fleet over 300 trucks
is looking for a motivated individual with a desire for accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and clear any discrepancies in the balances by researching and analyzing the account information
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements & payroll statements
- Prepare journal entries, upload entries, and data transfers for multiple softwires
- Reconciliation of our TMS
- Reconciliation of QuickBooks data, and other general ledger operations
- Handle all loans with lenders


Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft office 365
- Desktop and QuickBooks online
- At least 2 years of experience in transportation
