We own our manufacturing space.And we are conveniently located in industrial region of city Kaunas (Raudondvaris st. 164a) on the one of the main streets in Kaunas city. We are ~800 meters from “Via Baltic“ freeway and ~500 from Kaunas regional customs house. We have convenient ramp from loading and unloading goods. Our industrial space takes two floors. Whole area is 1365.24 m2 The value of our real estate according inventory note is 420000 EU
Our company has credit of 100000 EU. We own to suppliers 100000 EU. Because of the lack of working capital we were forced to close our furniture department. Our bakery is located on the second floor.
