Ребята, а в какие сроки можно развестись? Мы с женой обоюдно хотим этого и никакого имущества нету, как и детей.

Если в бумагах пишите что 6 месяцев вместе не живёте, то после подачи ПРАВИЛьНО заполненых документов - смотря по загружености суда. Обычно от двух недель до... как карта ляжет.

Not really. You don't have to allege you haven't lived together for 6 months. All that is required is the allegation of irreconcilable differences.

Zluka, that is absolutely incorrect. There is no such requirement. I am not sure where you r getting this from. You go the Clerk's office, file the Pettition based on irreconcilable differences signed by both parties, pay the fee and schedule the Prove-up within the next couple of weeks or so, then go to prove-up and you are done.

You can also get divorced for irreconcilable differences, or “no reason” if:

You are separated from your spouse for at least 2 years. If you both agree to the divorce, then you must only be separated for 6 months
You state that both of you have made all efforts to try to work out your problems, and that your marriage cannot be saved (c)

If you wish to file for no-fault grounds, you have to stay separate from your spouse for six months to two years. No fault is basically means it is no one's fault that the marriage didn't work out. You and your spouse only had ‘irreconcilable differences’.
If both of you agree to end your marriage, you must sustain separate residences for six months, and sign a form of agreement, and submit it to the court. (c)
