Can someone recommend an attorney able to handle a Commercial Lease Contract disputes or contract disputes?

I would strong suggest you call attorney Mitchell Ruchim. He's out of Northbrook, but doesn't speak Russian. That being said, he's a very strong commercial contract litigation attorney (as a matter of fact, we originally met when we represented dueling parties in such a case). His telephone number is: (847) 272-2800. He's fair in his charges, but exactly what fee arrangement you'll have is up to your discussion with him.

I’d also recommend Anthony DeFrenza, who is of the same caliber. Anthony also doesn’t speak Russian, but he’s got a series of Russian speaking paralegals that take care of his Russian speaking clients. Anthony can be reached at: (847) 513-6699. He’s also out of Northbrook.
