i bought a car and never received the title.The ex owner gave me a copy and he said the original will be mailed to me. he was a dealer. I have not received the original. when i called Currency Exchange i was told its a salvage car. i didnt know that. now how can i get a title for this car ?

So, just talk to ex owner and get title from him Isn't simple?
