It runs and drives, and the engine / transmission are in good condition.
Rust and corrosion is the major issue.
The car interior does leak some rain water even when the vehicle is parked.
Driver side rear wheel arch is badly corroded, and the left side is corroded as well.
There is also some kind of issue with right side front wheel.
As I understand something is wrong with front right side suspension,
so it makes some load noises when hitting a bumзs on the road.
