Some people with a high income have a special programms for the students with 4.0 average, such as a sponsoring program. They usualy pay for four years of aducation, in order for a student to get a degree. Sponsors, set they limit time, it is the time you must finish your degree by;and some have different requaerment for your graid pint average, as well. People (sponsors) do it in order to help students, but student must fpllow spon's guidlines.
The willingless to pay comes from sponsor's kind heart and a big pocket.
