Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Reefer Dispatcher to join our office team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in refrigerated freight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with drivers and internal departments.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in OTR Reefer Dispatch (required)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions
• Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
