Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare driver settlements and IFTA/fuel tax reports
Maintain asset records, depreciation, and assist with financial planning
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the trucking industry
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
Knowledge of IFTA, fuel tax reporting, driver settlements, and equipment depreciation
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
