We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Repair Shop Manager to lead our team and keep our fleet running at peak performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the repair shop
Manage and support technicians and staff
Schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance
Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
Communicate with drivers and management regarding repairs and timelines
Promote the shop on social media platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience in truck or heavy-duty diesel repair
Leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
General knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English and Russian
