Trucking company located in Buffalo Grove is looking for a Safety manager. This is a full time, 8-4 PM position. Working from office only. No remote condidates or safety consulting firms will be considered! Right candidate must have at least 2 years of verifable experiance as a safety manager. Must have strong understanding of safety regulations. Some experiance handeling claims and insurance related issues! Fluent Russian/Ukrainian and English in a must. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- IRP and permit renewals - IFTA - Tickets (Attorneys, DataQ, etc.) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Previous expreriance with Protransport software is a plus - Basic computer skills, such as, Word, excel, MS Office, PCS etc - Strong attention to the details - Ability to work independently withour supervision - Compliance with FMCSA/DOT Regulations - New driver onboarding, Hiring and screeneing - Ensuring all permits, licensing etc are up to date
