Are you a creative, results-driven social media expert with a passion for digital strategy and content creation? Our company is looking for a Social Media Director to lead and grow our digital presence across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Create engaging and brand-aligned content including videos, photos, reels, stories, and posts
Design and launch ad campaigns to promote driver recruitment and company services
Develop a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results
Stay on top of trends in social media, trucking, and digital marketing
Collaborate with internal departments to showcase our drivers, fleet, company culture, and success stories

Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Reels, TikTok Creator Tools, and ad management platforms
Proven experience creating paid social media campaigns
Video editing and graphic design skills are a big plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Excellent written English
Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is highly preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
