Our company currently hiring experienced CDL A driver Recruiter
Daily Responsibilities:
- Utilize social media platforms and search engines to generate leads
- Establish connections with driving schools and other drivers organizations
- Identify potential CDL A Drivers.
- Conduct screening, background checks, reference checks, in accordance with FMCSA requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate orientation of potential candidates
- Organize and maintain candidate database
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in CDL A driver recruiting or related field
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be Bilingual in English, Ukrainian or Russian
