Vernon Hills, IL located trucking company is looking for a fleet manager who will oversee our growing fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of a fleet of semi-trucks and trailers.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and preventive service schedules.
Optimize fleet utilization and route efficiency.
Control operating costs, fuel usage, and maintenance expenses.
Maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance records.
Work closely with dispatch, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Our perfect candidate has strong communication and problem solving skills, at least 2 years experience of fleet management or transportation operations experience as well the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
