Responsibilities:

Manage daily fleet operations and driver performance
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
Monitor equipment utilization and fleet efficiency
Manage registrations, permits, and compliance documentation
Work closely with dispatch, drivers, and maintenance vendors
Track fuel usage, expenses, and operational costs
Investigate and resolve fleet-related issues

Requirements:

Experience in fleet management or transportation operations
Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with transportation management and fleet software
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
