What is the most appropriate salary for a safety manager for 50 trucks that is handling everything starting with hiring/IRP/IFTA/Permits/Claims/Tickets/DataQ

50 trucks is work load for 2 people. Anything under $3000/week would be unfair. Only for IRP other companies charge $200 per unit, do your math and pay good.

my responsibilities are - logbook monitoring and giving new accounts, hiring process - mvr/psp/clearinghouse/orientation, scheduling drug tests, DQF, annual inspections, equipment documents, permits, ifta calculations and filing, deal with insurance about new equipment(filing reports, adding new equipment). Want to learn how to do registrations and deal with claims. I arrived here only 3 month ago, so I am for real interesting in salaries, for understand the market here, please advise if it ok
