Sargent Logistics Inc. is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager

In this position you will be assisting the fleet manager, and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the records management of all equipment. - Work closely with HR to make sure all equipment is utilized to its full potential. - Participate during driver onboarding. - Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations. - Manage maintenance costs and spending at budgeted levels. - Maintain warranties, PM schedules, and repair records. - Inspect equipment to ensure they are being maintained properly. - Recommend equipment purchases & sales based on maintenance records & utilization. - Create new policies, solve problems & provide recommendations for improvement. - Ensures and recommends the appropriate training and development programs for staff. - Create weekly, and monthly fleet maintenance and efficiency reports.
