We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our logistics team. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our drivers, customers, and operations—ensuring that shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries
Monitor routes and delivery progress to ensure on-time performance
Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of shipments, delays, and incidents
Use dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to manage fleet activity

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
