We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Chicago. This is a great entry-level opportunity — no prior experience is required, and we’re happy to provide training.
What you’ll do:
• Collect and check documents and paperwork;
• Handle mailings and deliveries as needed;
• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day tasks;
• Keep files and records organized uploading to our system;
• Support general office operations.
What we’re looking for:
• Extreme attention to detail;
• Willingness to learn and take initiative;
• Proficient computer skills (email, Word, etc.);
• Languages knowledge (fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian).
