We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help grow our logistics company.
This role focuses on driver recruiting and supporting marketing efforts through social media content.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the driver recruiting process (sourcing, screening, follow-ups)
* Actively recruit CDL drivers through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
* Support marketing efforts by creating posts, short videos, and content for Facebook & Instagram
* Promote open positions and company culture through social media
* Collaborate with HR and Safety to ensure smooth onboarding
* Maintain accurate recruiting records and reports

Requirements:

* Recruiting experience (trucking/logistics preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Strong knowledge of English and Russian
* Comfortable with social media content creation
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings
