Trucking company located in Schaumburg is looking for a full-time Safety who can work in a team environment to ensure compliance with Federal and State DOT regulations and laws.
Monitor all compliance items including physicals, licenses, random drug screens, annual reviews, hours of service regulations to ensure adherence at every operation. File IFTA, IRP Registration, overweight, and other permits. Assist management on projects as needed.

Primary Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Maintain DQF
- IRP
- IFTA
- Permits - OR, CT, NY, NM, CT
- Hiring process
- Maintenance records
- Claims/ Accidents
- DataQ/ Inspections
-Employment verification
-Annual review/ Annual Clearinghouse
-Random Drug Tests
-Tenstreet
-Driver Training

Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of FMCSA regulations; Trucking knowledge, as well as knowledge of DOT and other agency regulations is plus
- Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian is a Big Plus!
