Leading Transportation company is looking to appoint a Billing-Payroll Specialist to join our company.
What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
· Manage and process BOLs
· Investigate chargebacks
· Process paychecks
· Assist drivers with billing-payroll questions
· Maintain records and files
· Processing paperwork, completing reports and tracking data
· Facilitate beginner and refresher billing-payroll training to drivers per necessity
Requirements
· 1 year of related billing/payroll experience
· Experience with Excel, Word and Protransport
· Bilingual is a plus
· Mon through Fri, 8AM to 5PM. Office only
