Iberia Express Inc. is seeking an experienced Trucking Recruiter / Recruiting Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for recruiting not only CDL drivers but also office and operational staff as our hiring needs evolve.

The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking industry, understands the driver qualification process, and is confident recruiting for a variety of positions, including operations, dispatch, safety, administrative, and support roles.

Responsibilities

Recruit CDL drivers and office personnel for all company openings.
Source candidates through phone calls, Facebook, job boards, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
Screen, interview, and qualify applicants.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with all candidates.
Coordinate interviews, orientation, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and hiring activity.
Assist in developing recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs.
Help achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in the trucking industry required.
Experience recruiting CDL drivers is required.
Experience recruiting office or operational staff is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Clear English speaking and writing skills.
Knowledge of the CDL driver qualification and onboarding process.
Experience using recruiting platforms, social media, and lead generation tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
