Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process cargo claims (loss, damage, shortage).

Communicate with carriers, brokers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.

Support operations with load issues (rework, transloads, repowers).

Advise on contracts to help reduce claim risks.

Be the go-to expert on cargo claim best practices and liability.

Requirements:

Experience in transportation, logistics, or cargo claims.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of broker/carrier liability.

Must be bilingual - fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian.

Professional and clear communicator.
