Trucking company is looking for the Parts Manager for the repair shop.
Main duties:
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain
optimal inventory levels;
- Monitoring the current parts inventory;
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory
and properly labeling them;
- Helping mechanics find and order the correct parts;
- Overseeing special orders;
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts
are available for repair jobs;
- Supervising parts room inventories.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with truck/trailer parts and ability to work unsupervised.
