Accounts receivable
Company located in Elk Grove village, il is seeking an Accounts receivable Associate. The main responsibilities of this position are to make sure bills are paid and customer payments are collected/posted. The position assists with the financial and administrative tasks of customer/driver invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, transactions and processes in a timely manner.
Requirements;
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Proficient in creating spreadsheets and reports specifically with Excel and Word
• Knowledge/experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with trucking company a plus
• Ability to prioritize and organized
