We are looking for an experienced FlatBed drivers recruiter to be part of our team. This position offers competitive base salary, commission and other benefits, our office is located in Plainfield, IL
Ideally, we'd like for the RECRUITER to be in the office Mon- Fri - 8 am to 4pm
And meet the drivers in person, welcome and greet them in the office, be their point of contact.
Other option is working remotely, including evening and weekends.
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED RECRUITER - who worked in this industry before and who knows how to bring leads, how to identify qualified drivers, and how to convince them to choose our company.
