Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for drivers and staff (including permit and background verification).
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and insurance regulations.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Handle benefits administration and workers’ compensation cases.
• Partner with management to develop HR policies and best practices.
• Support audits and compliance reviews related to insurance and licensing.

Qualifications:
• Proven HR experience in the trucking or transportation sector.
• Deep understanding of insurance requirements, driver compliance, and permit regulations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or similar) preferred.
