Our Truck Shop is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to help keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating repairs, and supporting a busy service team, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Details:
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment type: Full-time
What you'll be doing:
• Greeting customers, drivers, and fleet representatives
• Answering calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Scheduling repair, maintenance, and inspection appointments
• Opening and managing repair orders
• Communicating customer concerns and repair details to technicians
• Providing repair estimates, pricing, and timelines
• Keeping customers informed about repair progress
• Coordinating workflow between customers, technicians, and the parts department
• Processing invoices, payments, and service documentation
• Maintaining customer, vehicle, and fleet records
• Assisting with roadside service and emergency repair coordination
• Monitoring shop schedules and supporting daily operations
What we're looking for:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced repair shop environment
• Knowledge of semi-truck and trailer repair operations preferred
• Experience with computer systems and shop management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional English communication skills
• Experience with estimates, invoicing, and repair orders preferred
