We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Manager to join our trucking company based in Lombard, IL.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in trucking operations and finance.



💼Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate weekly driver statements
* Manage and reconcile toll charges
* Cross-check invoices with dispatch and fleet teams
* Resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and driver concerns
* Handle accounting in **ProTransport** and **DataTruck** systems
* Maintain clean, accurate financial records and reporting
* Communicate effectively across departments
* Use strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation



✅Ideal Candidate:

* Experienced in transportation/trucking accounting
* Proficient in ProTransport, DataTruck and Excel
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills
* Able to resolve financial issues independently and efficiently
