Open position: • In House Truck Driver Recruiter.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent; - Source and screen potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, and industry events; - Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates; - Onboard new hires and ensure compliance with DOT regulations; - Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment efforts; Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience working in a Class A recruitment process, preferably with experience in the transportation industry or as a CDL A driver; - Ability to conduct cold calls, research-based sourcing, and internet and web-based recruiting; - Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities; - Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring truck drivers; - Knowledge of recruiting software and social media for recruitment;
