Trucking company. located in Des Plaines, IL is looking for Over-the-Phone Maintenance Service Associate.
The associate will be responsible for handling driver inquiries and issues over the phone for breakdowns and support.
This includes answering calls from drivers and vendors, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating skills and the ability to quickly find solutions to customer issues over the phone.
They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The Over-the-Phone Maintenance Service Associate will work as part of a team and report to the Service Manager.
Experience in the diesel mechanic/logistics industry is a plus but not required.
