UE LINE INC is hiring an experienced Driver Recruiter to hire CDL Class A Flatbed / Step-Deck drivers.
⚠️ Experience in driver recruiting is required. No training provided.

Responsibilities:
● Recruit and hire CDL Class A drivers
● Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, follow-ups
● Pre-qualify drivers (experience, record, compliance)
● Explain pay, equipment, and company expectations
● Work with Safety & HR
● Update Tenstreet and internal systems

Requirements:
● Proven CDL driver recruiting experience
● Trucking industry knowledge
● Strong communication & follow-up skills
● Tenstreet experience preferred
