Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This includes enrollment, processing claims, and addressing employee inquiries.
Payroll Processing: Overseeing the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. This includes tracking hours worked, calculating wages, and managing deductions.
Compliance and Legal Matters: Staying up-to-date on federal and state employment laws and ensuring the company's policies and practices are compliant. They may also handle legal matters related to employment disputes or regulatory issues.
