Bilingual (Spanish English) Recruiter – Trucking Industry

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
• Conduct phone interviews, respond to applications, and follow up with candidates
• Build relationships with driving schools.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is gathered and verified (e.g. DOT, background checks, MVRs)
• Translate job postings and onboarding materials into Spanish as needed
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking applicants and team members

Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, in the trucking or transportation industry
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification files (DQF) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions
