We are a fast-growing US-based trucking company, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented After Hours Fleet Manager to join our team. Assist drivers in real time. This is a part-time, or full-time remote position with a flexible format and the opportunity to grow with the company.

YOUR ROLE

Provide Road Service and Weekends coverage for our Fleet Manager

Stay available via phone and computer to assist drivers with emergencies or breakdowns

Analyze and resolve truck-related issues eg flat tires, mechanical failures, etc.

Locate and coordinate with truck stops, repair shops, or dealerships

YOUR STRENGTHS

Must have a strong mechanical understanding of truck systems and components, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

1+ year of experience in truck repair or fleet maintenance experience with reefer

Strong understanding of truck and trailer components

Ability to find appropriate repair services quickly truck stops, mobile mechanics, dealerships

Fluent spoken English C1 level or higher

High responsibility and willingness to help drivers in critical moments

Experience working with repair shops or in truck service centers
