🚛 Billing Associate — up to $1,300/week
📍 Location: Addison, IL 60101
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-office only

🌟Position Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Billing Associate who’s organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep our billing process smooth and accurate. You’ll handle day-to-day billing tasks and make sure all documentation for completed loads is reviewed, organized, and submitted on time.


📋 Key Responsibilities
- Sort and verify incoming load documents (Trip Reports, BOLs, PODs)
- Follow up on missing pages, signatures, or low-quality scans from drivers or shippers
- Upload Proof of Delivery and all supporting documents
- Collaborate with drivers and internal teams to resolve billing issues quickly
- Ensure each driver’s documents are complete and properly filed
- Handle general office duties (scanning, emailing, mailing, phone support)
- Answer calls and assist drivers or customers as needed
- Take care of other administrative tasks as assigned

🔍Requirements
- High attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication & teamwork
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to changes
- Bilingual? That’s a big plus!

- Experience in billing or documentation within the transportation industry
- Familiarity with billing processes & best practices
- Strong relationship-building & analytical skills
