Well established company seeking a Well Experienced Dispatcher.
✓ Reefer
Requirements:
✓ 2+ years of experience;
✓ Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule;
✓ Manage, review, and book loads at the best rates;
✓ Dispatch, coordinate, assign loads to drivers based on designated routes and driver location;
✓ To be able to understand and set up real appointment times for drivers (not too late not to early), and calculate drivers hours all the time;
✓ Notify brokers of arrival schedules;
✓ Ability to interact with drivers and communicate instructions verbally over the phone ;
