Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate drug & alcohol testing programs
• Maintain and update Driver Qualification Files (DQFs)
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Process and review DOT/FMCSA inspection reports
• Provide logbook support to drivers
• Maintain truck maintenance and compliance files
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new drivers
• Handle unemployment verifications
• Obtain necessary permits and documentation
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure qualified drivers are hired

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced transportation environment

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a transportation safety/compliance role
