Hiring: Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable

Are you a detail-oriented and passionate accounting professional? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Process and manage invoices with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and reconciliations
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies
✅ Support the accounting team with other related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in AR
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ A proactive, hardworking, and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
✔️ Office work base, not a remote position.
