🕒 Position: Full-Time (In-Office Only)

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
✔ Experience with open deck (flatbed/step deck) AND dry van
✔ Strong knowledge of load boards & lanes
✔ Excellent communication & organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage drivers and maximize profitability
