Head of Safety Division
Location: Bolingbrook, IL, USA
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations.
Conduct driver training and certification programs.
Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
Lead and mentor a safety-focused team.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in safety and compliance within the trucking or transportation industry.
In-depth knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
