- Performing orientations for new drivers; - Receive, scan, prepare, and deposit checks daily; - Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies; - Processes daily and/or weekly ACH payments; - Assisting Accounting Manager in various projects; - Perform day-to-day administrative duties; - Drivers’ payments and communication with drivers when clarification is needed; - Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
1-2 years experience Accounting with a trucking company is a MUST Experience will include general ledger accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter and excellent problem solver that consistently meets goals Commitment to the Company’s growth and improvement High Attention to Detail Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Quickbooks Experience with McLeod is a plus
Annual Gross Salary $50k - $70 K
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
