We are hiring full-time/part-time.
Business Hours : 9am-7pm every day.
Location : West Loop
$17/hour.

-Vaccination is required
-wear mask all day
-to be able to provide W9(SSN or FEIN)
-wear a uniform (Nurse shirt) that will be provided with us

Job description:

+ Assist customers with registration
+ Explain to customers how to self-administer the test
+ Run rapid/antigen test, get the result to the patient
+ Communicate with site manager as necessary
+ Ensure all supplies are in stock, communicate early if supplies are running low
+ Keep testing areas clean
+ Keep written records of all tests performed
+ Ensure PCR tests are ready to be picked up at 6:45 pm.
