Accountant plays a critical role in helping the Shop Manager run the financial part of the business.
Main duties:
1.Bookkeeping. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
2.Payroll management. Managing the payroll for staff, including calculating of work hours and processing paychecks.
3. Financial reporting. Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. These reports would be used to monitor the financial health of the business and to inform decision-making.
4.Budgeting and forecasting. Assisting the Shop Manager develop budgets and forecast for the business, taking into account expected sales, expenses, and other factors.
5.Financial analysis. Providing analysis and insight into the financial performance of the repair shop, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the Manager.
6.Internal controls. Help establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, as well as to prevent fraud and other financial irregularities.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience with truck repair shop 1 year
