Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fleet operations and driver scheduling
Manage maintenance, repairs, and emergency breakdowns
Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards
Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize efficiency
Qualifications:

Proven experience in flatbed trucking management
Strong knowledge of truck maintenance and breakdown handling
Excellent organizational and communication skills
