Maintenance Manager – Trucking Company

🕗 Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (emergency after-hours only)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all fleet maintenance operations, manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee OTR breakdowns, and control repair costs for a growing trucking company.

Responsibilities:
● Lead and supervise the maintenance and shop team
● Build, manage, and enforce a strong preventive maintenance program
● Approve and manage OTR breakdowns and repair expenses
● Reduce equipment downtime and control maintenance costs
● Work with vendors and repair facilities to secure cost-effective solutions
● Ensure DOT maintenance compliance and documentation

Requirements:
● 5+ years of fleet maintenance management experience (trucking required)
● Strong knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
● Proven leadership and cost-control experience
● Solid understanding of DOT maintenance regulations
