We are looking to fill in the following position:
▣ POSITION: DISPATCHER - LOAD PLANNER.
▣ Location: In office.
▣ Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm.
▣ Compensation: DOE.
▣ Job description:
Experienced dispatcher for a trucking company or someone who has driving experience that is looking to get out of the truck and into the office. We are looking for someone with flatbed securement, equipment and freight experience.
▣ Requirements:
1 years of experience in the trucking industry.
1 years of experience in dispatching drivers and customer service.
Skilled in booking loads from the board according to the market price and company needs.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions.
Knowledge of DAT, Truck stop load boards.
Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with drivers, brokers, shippers and receivers.
Must speak fluent English.(multilingual is a plus)
Team player with good sales skills
General knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service (preferred)
Strong written and organization skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Detail oriented.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions.
